The rubber lining is made of special formula. After high-pressure vulcanization treatment, the wear resistance is greatly improved, and the service life is about 1.5-2 times of that of manganese steel lining. The unique elastic buffer of rubber greatly reduces the intense impact force.

The collision between steel and rubber itself reduces the noise, while rubber itself has a sound insulation effect, which to a certain extent stimulates the enthusiasm of employees and indirectly improves the production efficiency of the enterprise;
4. Easy to install
The rubber lining is light in weight, no special tools are needed for installation, which is convenient and greatly reduces the downtime and improves the operation efficiency of the enterprise.
5. Corrosion resistance
Manganese steel, acid, alkali and salt can produce replacement chemical reaction, which can accelerate the wear of lining plate; while rubber lining plate itself has special process formula, which has corrosion resistance, thus prolonging the service life of lining plate.
6. Save steel balls
According to the actual work, compared with the manganese steel lining plate, the annual output of 100000 tons of ore plant and the rubber lining plate can save 150000 tons of steel balls.
