Bushings are divided into conventional rubber bushings and hydraulic rubber bushings, which belong to rubber parts of automobile chassis. They are articulated joints between various parts of automobile body. Their elastic characteristics and attenuation characteristics are superior. They can bear load, isolate, attenuate vibration, reduce noise and ensure ride comfort. They have an important impact on the design of automobile suspension.
There are many kinds of bushes, on the one hand, due to different installation locations and loads; on the other hand, in order to meet the performance requirements, such as dynamic, static stiffness, durability and so on. At the beginning of the design, the dynamic and static stiffness values required by customers should be satisfied by adjusting the hardness value of rubber, the structure of rubber and metal and the size of occupied volume. Then, the main direction stiffness and torsion, yaw and durability are achieved by proper modification. The skeleton of rubber bushing of automobile chassis is different because of the different requirements of load, installation position and environment conditions. The number of bushing skeleton is different, including pure rubber bushing, single skeleton bushing, double skeleton bushing, three skeleton bushing and multi skeleton bushing. Pure rubber bushing can be used alone or after assembling by pressing the inner and outer skeleton.
